Information held in BizData

BizData is a central business information platform operated by W Creates Digital. It stores company and business records collected from government datasets, accreditation directories and other identified public sources. Records can include entity names, UENs, registered addresses, activities, status, source dates and public business contact information.

Accounts and access

The hosted platform uses Sites authentication and access controls. Master-admin identity is used to protect integration settings, API keys and MCP tools. Saved companies, source imports and account settings are stored in the platform database. Integration keys are stored as hashes; configured delivery credentials are encrypted.

Email and service providers

When configured, SendPico processes email delivery and verification messages. Hosting and database services process the data needed to operate BizData. Company profile maps load Google Maps, which receives the visitor’s network information and the displayed registered address. External services have their own privacy terms.

Public-source enrichment

Company contact enrichment reads identified public company pages and retains the source and check date. Ambiguous website-to-company matches are held for master-admin review rather than presented as verified contacts.

Retention and corrections

Records and earlier snapshots are retained to support provenance, research and change tracking. Source data may be incomplete or outdated. Requests for correction, access or removal can be raised with W Creates Digital through its website. Some original records are maintained by independent issuing organisations.
